Caleb Simonyi-Gindele

Leading Family / Protecting the “First Flock”
Leadership can place a lot of demands on our time, energy, and attention—but our family is often the first and most important group of people God has entrusted to us.
In this workshop, Caleb will explore how leaders can intentionally care for their marriage and family, establish healthy priorities and boundaries, and make sure ministry and leadership don’t come at the expense of the relationships that matter most at home.
Caleb is part of Living Hope Community Church in Estevan, SK, and is the co-founder of Therapevo Counselling Inc. and co-host of the Normalize therapy. podcast. Through his counselling work, he walks with individuals dealing with infidelity, betrayal, abuse, trauma, and pornography or sex addiction. He is also deeply involved in his local church and other ministries.
This workshop will be especially valuable for pastors, ministry leaders, and anyone carrying significant leadership responsibility while also wanting to lead their family well.
Come be encouraged and equipped to protect and invest in your “first flock.”
