Leadership carries many demands, but our family remains our “first flock.” This workshop will explore how leaders can intentionally nurture their marriage and family, establish healthy priorities and boundaries, and lead in ministry without sacrificing the relationships God has entrusted to them at home.

Loss is a part of every life, and grief is the natural response—yet many of us don't recognize its impact on ourselves or those we lead. This workshop will help leaders better understand loss and grief, offering practical insights for supporting others with compassion while caring for their own hearts. Discover how acknowledging grief can lead to greater resilience, deeper empathy, and hope as we lead through life's losses.

Healthy leadership includes helping others discover who God has created and called them to be. This workshop will explore practical ways to mentor people toward a secure identity in Christ, recognize their God-given gifts, and encourage them to grow in confidence, purpose, and calling.

The prophetic is rooted in hearing God’s heart and responding with love. This workshop will explore how to grow in sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, recognize God’s voice, and develop a healthy prophetic life that encourages, strengthens, and builds up others.
